Since 1994 CompuTracts has been successfully recruiting and placing people for leading Australian groups including Fosters, Toyota, Schneider, Alstom, NSW Police Service, Fujitsu, etc, as well as small, medium and large enterprises.

We leverage our extensive recruitment expertise and industry knowledge to ensure the right individuals fill the right roles within our client's business needs.

Fee Structure

Fees are only payable for candidates selected for employment. The following percentages apply on the total remuneration package:

Up to A$125,000: 15%

A$125,001 and above: 20%

Internationally sourced candidates: 20%

The placement fee is calculated by applying the relevant percentage to the total remuneration package.

For the purpose of fee calculation, the remuneration package includes base salary, allowances, superannuation and benefits that represent cash in alternative forms.

In a situation where a candidate placed by CompuTracts leaves the Company within three months of joining, the following refund structure shall apply:

Within first month of employment:              30% of total placement fee

Within second month of employment:          20% of total placement fee

Within third month of employment:             10% of total placement fee

Note: No refund shall apply in cases where the employment is terminated as a result of redundancy, company restructuring, change of job description after commencement of employment or where a client has not paid the specific fee within the payment terms.

Contracting Staff

Fees for contracting staff vary depending on their skills and expertise.

Confidentiality

Introductions made by CompuTracts to the Client are confidential. If the Client passes an introduction to another employer who consequently employs the candidate within six months of the introduction, then the Client is liable to pay the placement fee.
